Purchasing

I spend many hours meticulously crafting and perfecting each of my sculptures with the hope that you and others will enjoy it for many years.  To achieve that goal, my purchase process is a personalized approach rather than the common 'shopping cart' click and pay automation process. So, to inquire about purchasing a sculpture, simply click (here) and complete the purchase inquiry form.  Once the form is  received, a response will be sent as soon as possible.  Responses to purchase inquiries will include the sculpture’s price, color choices for sculptures containing color metal, estimated shipping date, and shipping costs. 

If you are satisfied with the details, we will process  your Paypal or credit card payment via secure transaction.  For sculptures that are not available for immediate shipping, we ask that a 20% deposit be made at the time of the order with the remainder paid upon shipment.

Shipping

Although the sculptures are not heavy, they can be bulky when packed for shipment which can sometimes trigger a surcharge by the carrier.  Since shipping costs are in addition to the sculpture price,  the shipping amount will be included in the response to your completed order form.

All sculptures are packed by a professional packer that we have used for several years. The packer uses the highest level of care when packaging and preparing my sculptures for domestic and international transit.  FedEx is the preferred carrier for domestic  and international shipments.   

Satisfaction Guarantee

Although I have made every effort to provide detailed videos and pictures of my sculptures on this web site,  I know that there is no substitute for how my sculpture will truly appear and function until it is mounted and viewed in your home or office.  So, if you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, I will refund the full amount of the sculpture.  Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty

As a perfectionist engineer, I use only the highest quality material in each of my sculptures.  But, regardless of the amount of effort to construct the 'perfect' sculpture, that sometimes doesn't happen.  That is why I warranty my sculptures for five years from the date of purchase against failures related to material or workmanship. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

My warranty only applies to the original owner and excludes misuse or damage caused by excessive heat or moisture.
